James D. Bradford, PhD, PE, President
Dr. Bradford is the president and founder of Mesa Point Energy.
Jim has over 27 years of experience in commercial building systems, energy performance metrics, energy systems design and analysis, performance contracting, DSM utility programs, energy project measurement and verification (M&V), energy policy development, and expert witness support. Dr. Bradford currently serves on the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP®) committee which is tasked with developing protocol and setting certification standards.
Dr. Bradford is a licensed engineer in the state of Colorado and holds a PhD and MS in Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University.
William Goodrich, CEM, Senior Project Engineer
Mr. Goodrich is an experienced engineer, analyst, and manager with a multi-disciplined background. William has a comprehensive understanding of energy utility DSM markets from both analytical and ‘hands-on’ perspectives, providing consulting services to utility companies, as well as the commercial and industrial clients that participate in utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs.
In addition, William has over 10 years of energy engineering experience, with exceptional skills in market characterization and potential studies, program implementation, measurement and verification, and evaluation.
Before joining MPE, William was a Lead Engineer for Sapientnitro and Senior Project Manager for Nexant, and is the co-founder and director of Dispersion, an LED illumination consultancy.
Mr. Goodrich is a Certified Energy Manager and a member of the Association of Energy Engineers. William graduated from Lafayette College with a dual degree in Engineering and Philosophy.
Donna Montane, MS, Program Manager
Ms. Montane has over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting services. She has expertise in project management, marketing, program design, implementation, and evaluation. Donna most recently has managed the implementation of the custom energy efficiency programs for SourceGas, Black Hills Energy, Colorado Natural Gas, and Atmos Energy.
Ms. Montane holds a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Colorado, Denver.
