The Arkansas Public Service Commission (AR PSC) recently published version 9.0 of the state’s Technical Reference Manual (TRM), supporting the state’s energy efficiency initiatives with a 2021 update to the document. The state’s TRM provides DSM program technical guidance to electric and gas utilities, utility energy efficiency program implementers, as well as companies that provide evaluation, measurement, and verification of the utilities’ energy efficiency programs. AR TRM version 9.0 incorporates important codes and standards updates to existing measures, and adds new measures for residential and commercial electric vehicle charging systems and low-emissivity storm windows.
Mesa Point is proud to serve on the Independent Evaluation Monitor (IEM) team working with the state’s Parties Working Collaboratively (PWC) to, among other tasks, lead the development and updating of new versions of the Arkansas TRM.
